Yes have had good initial success with the Clove Leaf Oil, and since that was described have had two years to watch progression of my experimentation with it.
After the two treatments 6 weeks apart, the fungus appeared to be completely removed from the trunk, including all tendrils (mycelium)...
I have seen a lighting track that looked similar to this on a hardwood, however they usually have a little scalloping/unevenness along the length which would make it a little rarer.
I have also seen water swelling that looked very much like the pictures.
One question, what is the likely...
Not so long ago it wasn’t just shorter length of rope, or was to get higher into the tree with a shorter length of rope using natural anchor ddrt... yes a frowned upon technique now but necessary not so long ago...
I think the mid-line attachable friction saver is an option to migrate the anchor , just as setting the anchor with separarte a retrieving line attached, as you work the tree I guess for a better anchor position, or for useable rope length.
Your best talking to the street trimming guys - some have the system you are talking about, but I believe it is broken into about two or three steps (no one complete operation machine).
I don’t use clove hitches any more since I shock loaded one once and it literally exploded to a clean line mid air and dropped the load - I will note that the shock load was somewhat in the direction of the axis of the knot - however it was unsettling to see it happen in real time... A round...
Abolutely agree on use of soft8 or flintlocker advantages - just curious about the advantages of connecting the two anchors systems together with a spliced connection - can someone advise me on the advantages of this setup over just connecting the soft8 to a friction saver with a hard connector?
I see it as being able to retrieve both lines at once when down. If that then a thin line with connectors each end could also work to connect the two systems.
I cant really see the benefit of the sewn connection in that a Mallion could connect the two and allow independent use.
Also the...
Had one going off the other night - doesn’t make noise at dawn which is probably why he is still around - but makes noise at the full moon instead... maybe a ‘were-rooster’?
Spoke to the local Stihl shop about it and the AV system is really targeted at cutting logs on the ground, and their customers really liked the AV system for that.
The AV System is articulated and would likely need maintenance in my mind as it would likely soften up even further.
As far as box/drawer organisation if one has some ingenuity could organise tool pull out boards like fire department vehicles have... generally need a bit more width however to cater for the drawer slides and pegboard.
