You left out, "The inherent vice of capitalism is the unequal sharing of blessings"
I for one don't presume that it's either or but necessary to find a balance between the two.

Umm here's a bit about his quick to war attitude....http://www.politicususa.com/2015/09/01/sanders-drones-foreign-policy.html

As for my utopian dream country.... Take your pick of any of those out ranking the US.

And that's not to say they are perfect and without issues. They are dealing with the ongoing issues of a world still in turmoil.

Just enough with the gosh darned greatness of this country. It is an experiment in democracy still. It is struggling, like others to achieve this but it hasn't yet met it's own ideal, "that all men are created equal".
The first step in overcoming a problem is recognizing that you've got one.
Umm, the US was never set up as a "full democracy." (That's your homework--start with electoral college) If that's your criteria; you moved to the wrong country. If that's the standard for utopia, why have the boats been bringing them, en masse, from Europe, to the shores of America for the last 250 years?

What is this fixation with Europe? Most all of these countries are or were loyal subjects to the Crown. We won our independence from that Crown, we freed them from Nazi oppression, Russian retaliation, and soon, we're going to have to free them from the Caliphate-- because most of these countries you hold up as models, will cease to exist in 10 years (unless serious steps are taken).

You definitely have a European mindset. Here's the next stepping stone to becoming European:
Pupils given 24 options to define their gender in new government survey

ps. How's the foot/leg coming along? Are you back to work full time?

Not a European mindset, a Canadian mindset. Which is somewhere in between, sorta like the "mid Atlantic" accent. Canada "won" it's independence from that crown through negotiation. Hmmm...... None of these countries were set up as "full democracies" but let's not get lost in the symantics. You know what is meant by that term in this context.
My move was predicated not on the country but the location of my wife. She's born and raised in NJ. Yeah, it wasn't an easy decision but that's the sacrifices we make for love. Once again, the US didn't go rushing over, it did so once it became inevitable. Big difference. The Russian were the big red scare and thus the US was only serving it's self interests and doing that on European soil. Better to have the battles there than on US soil.

So actually asking in a survey and just that, a survey, how young teens (i.e., adults in training) who are already exploring their sexuality (ages 13-18), how they perceive themselves using the terms they already use is some sort of slippery slope? If this was being done to determine how many restrooms they'll need and what the signs should read, maybe.

P.S. It's pretty good! Pain management now. Comes and goes in different spots under different conditions, weather and such. Working full-time, weather permitting. Thanks for asking!

We agree on this point: No bailouts for the banks.

We disagree on who's to blame for that fiasco. It's important to find out who's to blame, because we have to prevent that entity from committing subsequent theft. So...how do we find out who's to blame? Well...who makes the rules? Who decided to funnel hundreds of billions of the taxpayer's money over into the bank coffers? --The Federal Government!

It is intellectually dishonest to make the case, "Big banks have too much money, and are therefore able to bribe the Federal Government with such large sums, that the Federal Government is unable to resist taking the bribe."

The blame lays squarely at the doorstep of Big Government (*the Federal Government--for those who don't understand the term). The only way to right the ship is to elect someone who will reduce the size and scope of government--take the government's hand out of the wallet of working people.

Bernie will only increase the size of government. This action has only one possible outcome: He's a lib, so (at least according to his rhetoric) he will funnel taxpayer's money to a different entity than the banks. The American people will be "more broke." Except, the money will not be going to people and organizations creating jobs, but rather, to those who will increase the bulging size of the welfare state. IE. more democrat votes.

It is not dishonest if that is the fact.

There is corruption. We agree on that.

You fault big business for proposing the bribe, I fault the politicians for taking it.

For anyone interested in a common sense look at Socialism:

I, for one, stand with comrade Sanders. It's high time we showed the Ruskies how to do Communism right. The American way.

SZ
Unfortunately it's very difficult and painful to try Communism out and then switch back to smaller government when you finally decide that the leach is too big. America has tried Communism out recently. It happened in Venezuela with Hugo Chavez being the face of it. The poor voted him in because he demonized the wealthy and promised them stuff. It is frightening how similar Mr. Sanders sounds.

I get a good chuckle at your attitude towards the word socialist, how you try to portray the word even though you enjoy being one too.. I'm laughing out loud at you basically calling me one like its bad.. Then inferring that I'm unintelligent cause you think missed lame ass joke which is complete bullshit that if Bernie was elected everything you worked so hard for would be taken from you.. Cmon get real . Leave the bullshit big headed cartoons and the watters ( big bill o reallys puppet ) out and lets see what you got.:sorprendido3: I can go on YouTube for five minutes or less and find something legit that supports why imo Bernie is better than the other crooks .. I can't pick who runs for pres unless it's me.. So even though I do not agree with everything Sanders says I still feel he's better than any other joker up there , sorry . Heres one you can tear down , even though you actually avoid and ignore the valid points for the most part . cheers ! It's supper time . A meal I put on the table , enough to feed my four kids even .. WOW.. And if the power went out for good were still eating good every night..

Vladimir Lenin
