    Possible damage from impact of felling a large tree close to a house.

    I had a similar situation to Ryan. Lots of big pies dropped in a muddy lot and the neighbor said I cracked the walls. I gave her my information and said to have her insurance company contact me after a seismic engineer evaluated it. Never heard back.
