I ordered it last October but I messed up when ordering the truck so I got pushed back waiting on a new truck since July.

Definitely worth having an experienced operator guide you through a few days in the beginning. That will save you alooooot of money and potential for downtime. Shave the learning curve substantially

That’s a great start ! What I was meaning like hire a guy with a few thousand hours minimum , running a Mek- after all that you’ve mentioned gets accomplished. You’d be amazed at what a few days with an accomplished operator would do for you ! If not get one on speed dial that’ll answer your calls !

I remember how imperative it was for us to have an amazing mentor to help us along the way!

I didn't take a class but I got the actual NCCCO knuckleboom manual and studied that. Thats all that was needed for the initial test and the recert test I took.

I agree with bringing in a mentor for a few days. I've done that with a few companies and it was pretty well received. Joe Rainwater runs a solid training company. He's on the instagram with Rise Innovations.
