Nah, I like it. I think it’s good stewardship. It could just lie and rot. Or you could give it another life. Utilize it and not waste. Rock on.

    There is no "industry"

Can we all agree that the dog snaps on the leg loops are so simply cool. Well said tree brother. Brilliant!

Too good at what you do to truly retire. The helmet question was unrelated. I dig the helmet choice.

Sudden Idling Issues After Cold Weather

Well mostly staying below freezing but we had a some snaps of single digits and negative wind chill. I didn’t necessarily run them too much during but the saws live in the saw box. It does seem to be acting like the tuning is out of whack or bad gas but alkalyte fuel has a shelf life of one to...

Sudden Idling Issues After Cold Weather

No, I refuse to run any ethanol. Made that mistake a long time ago. I’ve been using alkalyte for a while, VP and Aspen.

Sudden Idling Issues After Cold Weather

I might be lazy for bot wanting to thresh through the archives. Had it happen on an MS441 Magnum and an MS660 Magnum. Both have had the cylinder replaced in recent years (not sure if that’s pertinent). Haven’t changed fuel or anything. I feel as though I had them tuned well. The 441 might be a...

    Bid that tree!

I didn’t mean to say you’re expensive, or to be negative in any way. You’re probably right on the money. When you said, “around here” I tried to see where you’re out of and saw the ether. That and you put higher than I did, I tried for a humorous remark. I like your perspective.

    Bid that tree!

I say $3250, but my wife would take that and tell me to put another grand on it. She knows me too well. We joke that she should do the bids. Well, she jokes. I’m serious.

    Throw bag-line accuracy issues

I’ve heard tales pf old fellers standing on buckets so they could get a longer granny shot to hit really high targets. Can’t speak for the validity of the story but certainly not outside the realm of possibility.
