No, how's that work.
Set from aloft?
This would work aloft, too, but I'd normally done from the ground.

Aleppo pine does that drying in the desert. Make you keep stopping to check your chain because it feels like you hit something and rounded the cutters off. Chain has to be sharp and a little aggressive to bite but not too much or will grab. The window gets very narrow.I have heard that the resins harden like glass after lightning stike and they get way harder to cut. Like, keep a bunch of extra chains for that day level hard.
Hey, nice crane! We use the same model a couple days a week. It's a great size for trees.View attachment 102447
61” oak, biggest we’ve done in a while. I got to hang out with the crew all day too (I do sales when I’m not consulting for municipal work now so I’m rarely on production any more, been like this since April and I miss it so it was a blast even though it was 95° out)
Bet that crazy top was “fun”.Big ugly redwood from a few weeks ago. Huge limbs tangled up in each other that all had to be rigged. Brand new fancy greenhouse was just built underneath it
Pretty much!Bet that crazy top was “fun”.
“Where should we build our new greenhouse? Oh, I know. Let’s put it under the biggest tree on the property!”
Thanks for the response.

That’s an exceedingly good idea. I like that. Thanks for sharing.Spiderlift as backup tie-in on a stone-dead crispy pine
