light rigging with ring and "figure 8" aka "rescue 8"

haven't seen this previously. orientation seems to matter. figure8 on sling first, then ring, rigging rope from groundee through outside of ring, rigging rope to cut piece between ring and figure8. add an expected wrap through figure8 to add canopy friction. un flook the rope off the figure8 to make groundee rope up easy.

meant to mention: rigging rope pressure from ground causes the ring to squeeze onto the figure8, kind of dynamic mechanical friction. I think you can add more friction too.

friction: on the load leg of rigging rope, pass bight through large figure8 hole and around the horn.
