Facts and evidence? Please. Your answer to a Trump campaign official and Jan 6th insurrectionist telling the police to go “kill” themselves is to point to some thugs burning and smashing shit. Apples and orange, irrelevant as the day is long, and just plain pathetic.
 
If section 3 of the 14th amendment isn’t enough, we also have a statute in place for men such as Trump.

Title 18, Section 2383 of the U.S. Code says that whoever "incites, sets on foot, assists, or engages in any rebellion or insurrection against the authority of the United States or the laws thereof, or gives aid or comfort thereto, shall be fined under this title or imprisoned not more than ten years, or both; and shall be incapable of holding any office under the United States."

Contradictory evidence of what? How is anything you keep bringing up evidence of Trump's innocence? And for an 'inconvenient fact', please recall that most of the worst violence with the protests and other unrest, that you just tossed into this conversation as a deflection, happened while Trump was president. We have not seen nearly that level after Biden took office. Biden may be half senile and have a crooked son, but he is still a better president a thousands times over than Trump. Biden has had a calming effect on the country already, even with the MAGA crowd. Trump is not seeing anywhere near the numbers at his rallies that he used to, which is why right-leaning media no longer pans Trump rally crowds with their cameras. Too many empty seats.
 
Derail, but how did Trump sidestep any of the 3/4 $billion dollar responsibility for the machines story? Pretty sure he was on record on that bandwagon.

The tales of burning cities was pretty much a fabrication to instill fear into fox news watchers. Here in Detroit, it was the police that rioted.
 
I voted for Biden but regretted it with his vaxx mandates, efforts to monitor every transaction in every bank account in the country, use of the FBI for political persecution, violation of the first amendment by paying big tech to censor speech and last but not least when diesel hit $7/gallon.

The dems never used to take big pharma $, but now they have completely sold out. Unlike man of my friends who thought everything Trump did was the worst thing any president ever did, I thought a lot of what he did was good, (getting out of the WHO for example), though I swore I would never vote for him because of the policy of family separation at the border.

The Jan 6 senate hearings and press spin really opened my eyes to just how much the establishment is afraid of Trump. They totally twisted that story around. Hutchinson was relaying second hand info, though you'd have never known it from the way the press told the story.

I AM a huge Bobby Kennedy Jr fan. He speaks the truth.. That's another thing about Trump that was despicable.. all his lies... If you think you live in a democracy, you have some serious waking up to do RFK Jr would kick Biden's ass in a free and fair election. But the DNC is rigging the fight, and the press is totally biased against Bobby. Calling Jan 6 a threat to our democracy is like saying giving birth is a threat to the mother's virginity. Your democracy is a fantasy. It hasn't existed for years. At least since Citizens United... It's just becoming so obvious that it's hard to ignore.
