I edited Daniel’s comments to suit a more accurate representation of the truth. That said, truth is a matter of perception. From where I sit in a mountaintop in the forest in Oregon this is my perspective. The best thing that could happen to this country is a giant sinkhole opening up under Congress during the next stand up and clap session with whatever idiot president is blabbing his face off about how amazing he is. I for one am tired of all those old farts sitting there in their diapers and being led around by their handlers.

All things that started under many previous administrations: vaxx mandates, efforts to monitor every transaction in every bank account in the country, use of the FBI for political persecution, violation of the first amendment by paying big tech to censor speech, and last but not least when diesel hit $7/gallon.

This is completely different subject with thread title here but I would like to make a formal apologizes to @Shadowscape and everyone here who were there reading at my previous post that contains ignorant baseless rants and insults , humiliations, causing emotional damages, towards to him and who have read my posts on this thread .

I was mad for no reasons and I was completely out of touch.

I recognized my mistake and I would like to ask you all to give me a chance to correct myself.

I would like to say I'm terrible sorry and I'll learn from my mistake to not that kind of shameful outburst let it happen again.

Plz forgive me.

What an interesting scenario I'm picturing the Maga crowd, the eco anti cop crowd and the Young Thug crowd all crashing the courthouse together. That would be some great TV.
 
RICO has been used regularly. It only became a household name with the Trump crew being charge with it.
I retired from law enforcement in Chicago and we used RICO almost on a daily basis. So don't get your knickers in a twist. Only those outside the court systems will think this is a new thing being thrown about.

Yep. RICO laws have been used for a long time to go after organized crime. If the shoe fits, wear it.
