NPR: Reshaped civil rights mission at Justice Department transforms its work, workforce
Even as a pale faced/Casper(actual nicknames have had in workforces) whatever that has missed a job to a woman and over time several minorities that (i felt) were less qualified; i realize how wrong this. Even before tree work , from hard work in fields, factory, roadside i grasped these concepts as all the same mechanix of Ballasting Load was NOT THE SAME as Leveraged Load. Even tho could not put words to it, i knew the difference, and how one could break a system while the other could save it. Even tho cumulatively one facetted angle could show both as same (as) Loading overall. Cuz right is right, even if called to put thumb on scale if/when to offset your (or another's) other thumb to then be a truer balance overall. Even if seems awkward at the time, at a very young age I realized a pendulum must swing to other side some to draw a system to come around to being balanced. And was (hu)man enough to acknowledge, even bow to the concept to be at rest, even embrace that i must be the one still scared and looking for a job.
Oh so forever shame on The Justice Department's Civil Rights Division's betrayal of it's founding concepts. Even by a 'person of color' also a female even as a nonChristian still such a suck-up claims not to get it. Even tho, once again, the functionality is gutted by loss of 70% of the evolved, knowing, matured staff performs an exodus en masse right after just clutching to their jobs hoping for passover thru the DOG(e)ing deface-meant of the American concepts once held dear. They stepped aside from what fed them and their families bowing to the greater good as commented on in previous post.
