    Sometimes it's the small things - Puncture wound

    I can’t remember what tree guy shared the story, but he’d had a friend die because of getting a wood sliver in his hand, I think it was. It got infected, & his blood went septic. Antibiotics are probably a good move, especially if the wound seems swollen and possibly contaminated.
