When I go to buy stuff when I know I shouldnt, I just think that if somebody hacked my checking account tomorrow and took everything, they wouldn't have as much if I bought everything in my cart today. :) makes sense if u don't think about it.
Hey ML, u wanna sell ur RR?
To be completely honest, I don't think twice about signing a waver with the BDB or the RR if I had one. I believe the zigzag should have a waver over these two... Just today, I saw a photo on fb of a zigzag that was cracked in 3 spots after 12 hours of use. I read some comments of die hard...
That was my fellow co-worker (Aaron feather). He wants to get some more made and break tested. But unfortunately, the company he wants to make them only does like 100 or so at a time. Very pricey for the time and materials.
I'm with DSMc though, but untying those knots can get tricky sometimes.
I haven't tried the star spangled with the 3/4" bollard because i don't feel like going to get more pins, but it should work. This rope is only like 20' so not enough to climb on. The collarbone is pretty good, thanks for asking. Played a hockey game the other night and may have tweaked it...
Whoops! sorry. I must have just replied on Facebook and not on here. Its called the star spangled by sterling rope. I think its 10.5 mm cause it slips for me with the 5/8" bollard. That must be my sign to lose a few:( Basically the same construction as the HTP. I don't think they supply it...
I enjoyed the HH. Ascending with it was not fun for me. The little e2e tether worked awesome but it was just another thing to drop:( incorporating an eye on the back of the spine or something would be great. I like the idea of a compact device get even compacter-er!
