shoulda made a video as its hard for me to explain lol. I got the inspiration from this splice Oceans did in the other thread....
and this is his diagram of the splice he did....
except instead of of doing the final bury after step 3 I did the same steps around a second ring. You can kind of get the idea from this one I did yesterday just by twisting the rings....

Multi brummeled pocketed sling is the ultrasling. That's an ABR product. Boomslang came up with the boomsling (the double ring sling)

I have to get me one soon, for real. A late Christmas gift I suppose.
I work with one guy all the time. It would be a huge asset to be able to take over the rigging line as he pulls the limbs away from targets. I'm thinking about trying out that 12mm Sirius line with it....what are you using Mac?

I used some brand new Sirius on the first day. Worked great.
I have used beat up 12 strand, not great.
New, now broken in twelve strand, pretty effing good
And old, not so beat up Yale xtc Fire. Which I believe is 24 strand. That worked real well

The 12 mm Sirius is a nice line, I played with Kristians the other day and it did not have near as much friction as the 16 strand xtc that I normally use

Sirius all the way on all my rigging lines and the wrench is my go to also. I've rigged some pretty big tops with it. No problemo.

Added the AFB to my Arsenal. Love it. 5/8 is a little cumbersome in it but I love the concept and makes life a little easier on the understaffed ground crew.
