what's in your rigging bags?! Show em up !

Yea, my current rigging is beat to shit, so I figured I would splurge and buy some nice new X-ring slings and that beautiful DMM block. Looking forward to getting them dirty.
I use a lot of rings. Had two of those blocks. Sold them once when I needed some cash. Regret it. Have my ISCs but those were a nice animal.

Paul, that block is built sturdy and nice quality. I almost never use that small one cause it only does 5/8" I think. I use the bigger one sometimes.
When I visit again, I'll give you the small one. They do irritate me with how long it takes the threads to line up and get started sometimes.

Oh, by the way, the Notch brand IS ON the rings yet again. I don't know why, not a big deal, I asked Sherrill why, but they haven't let me know yet.

That was my gripe. The threading.

Thanks :birra:!!!

Over the years I have bought many used pelican cases. Ebay is plentiful, I got the 1610s for 75 each 50 for the 1600.... I use TNF duffles for soft stuff as well really tough. I was exposed in the photo biz to the pelican gear and have never looked back... I am def a buy once cry once kinda purchaser... Rubbermaid box with the saws is very sturdy was a freebie, but has been awesome...

Most of the stuff in those pics I've had for 4-10 years now. The cases definately keep things clean, organize, and protected... I am very diligent about keeping my gear in good looking and running shape. The Redmax 5100 blower in the corner is going on 13 years now, nothing but a spark plug or 5...

When we show up we look Professional, Organized, Clean, and Efficient... thats my Goal.

Been loving the fiori rings in my kit recently, thanks to wesspur for the bringing.... RIP Dave Rohach and thanks for working in bringing them in for fellow buzzers before they were retailed.. thanks to georgio for thinking big bend firstly
