Glad you made these, Frank. With a little elbow grease, I think they have added a great deal of comfort to my Runner.

Thanks Mike, I like them. I used your ascenders yesterday again, love those things. I had a couple issues yesterday but the day started with 20 minutes of throwbag issues so you know how that whole day went. Lol.

Hopefully some can chime in Kevin. I actually put my wood side on with 3M 110oz double sided tape. Figured I had it at work so wtf I would give it a try. So far so good. Now my aluminum side is attached with gorilla glue 2 part expoxy, also holding well.

I used a two part epoxy. It's some tough stuff but totally removable if you change your mind in my experience. The epoxy sticks to the piece of wood and comes off of the anodizing. Just a little bit is all you need as the surfaces are both pretty flat. I'll get a pic
