Come have the time of your life climbing trees in Paradise. Small outfit based on the North-shore of Maui has an opening for a lead limber, foreman feller and branch manager. We do everything from big gnarly removals to orchard installations. Seeking a team player who is in it to win it. Pay is 600/day on a w9 depending on expertise and agreement. Open to short term trial runs if relocating and assistance in the process. A passion for communty service, food sovereignty, and sustainability is a huge plus. This would be a three man crew including yourself most days



Lead Climber & Operations Manager

Job Summary:

The Lead Climber/Operations Manager will oversee the daily operations of our tree service company, ensuring efficient management of resources, workforce, and client satisfaction. This role requires strategic planning, organizational skills, and a commitment to safety, quality and sustainability.

Job Requirements

1. Experience:
   • Minimum of 3 years of experience in the tree service industry
   • A mixture of ground, climbing, management and machinery
2. Skills:
   • Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
   • Strong customer service skills
   • Proficiency in project management
   • Knowledge of tree species, growth forms, and pathology
   • Proficiency in: SRT, and DRT climbing systems
   • Proficiency in negative, span, fishpole, speedline, balanced, and GRCS rigging
   • chipper operation
   • machinery maintenance
3. Certifications:
   • ISA Certified Arborist certification
4. Physical Requirements:
   • Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
   • Capable of handling physical demands related to tree climbing and operations.
