I'm still checking for old time pics , here's a cool one I thought. I love honey so does my pop .

Too lazy to find an image of myself....helped take three tree off houses today... didn't have to strap on a harness excetpt briefly to get up a 10-10 pitch wet cedar shake roof to get a small top off that was lodged in a dormer.....

But this is some of my playground...... the three chutes closest to the summit of Silver King (Crystal Mt South Backcountry) are called: Brain Damage (42 degrees for 700 vertical feet) Lobotomy-- follows the ridge down, zigging a tad left, then right, and Pinball, which is closer to 50 degrees and quite narrow......

I'll be 70 in 5 years, and, will be on the lookout that season for a deep powder day to drop a 30 footer .... there WILL be cameras!

Not sure but if I thought my back hurt now, being a production climber using a rope harness would have me crying everyday.

An old timer told me molasses was used to coat the old hemp ropes.
