KY TCC 2009

The first Saturday in October. So that is October 3. We are working on getting the insurance certificate for the folks at Ashland to review.

Save the date everyone and plan on having a great day in Lexington at an awesome site.

Be sure to check out the link in the first post and learn about this historic site.

In the past KY has allowed out of state competitors to compete. Last year Cormac Nagan of NC was able to climb in the Masters Challenge. Obviously, only competitors from KY will be representing Olde Kaintuckee in the ITCC.

hows ur footlock comming along?
Im stuck at 26-30 seconds

Be sure to rehearse the AR as much as you can.
Your crew may think its weird but go ahead and do an audible rehearsal on climbs at work. It helped me alot.

comming in 4rth at the Western chapter pretty much makes me the definitive source for AR training.
Thank God im humble.

RANGER RANGER RANGER!!!

My footlock is getting there. I don't have a good FL tree at my house to do a serious 50' practice. The best one I have is 20 to 30 feet. So for the 50' one, I can't see myself really coming in under a minute. We'll see though!

I'll definitely work on the AR also. I helped tech the AR at the Ohio comp, so I got to finally see this event up-close and see what goes into it.

Hope to get some good training in this Wednesday. Going to a rec climb that will have a few comp climbers, so I can hopefully pick up some tips and possibly practice some events.
