We've got several houses willing to put up some guests on couches and floors. Our shop will be available for those who don't mind concrete floors, chainsaws, and two really sweet Pit Bulls. Scotty asked for hotel rooms (its his Mrs' Birthday ya know) so we're looking into that. The conference hotel isn't far away so that could be a logical option.

I'm sure he is well supplied with various raw ocean treats.

Definitely bring your gear. There is an expedition in the works that will take us deep into the woods of Iroquois Park. There, live two mammoth Tulip Trees which are waiting for us to visit them.

Roger -- I have been out of tree for awhile, but do you need help on the score table or anywhere else?

SZ -- Whom from Charlotte is heading towards Kentucky? Can we car pool/convoy? See you at our next CAA meeting.

Ummmm......Yes, Yes, Yes, A thousand times yes. Please, please bring your lap top we're tired of trying to master the Abacus. What i meant to say was

Re: KY TCC 07

Just some power. I can bring the printer, computer and paper (if you want certificates). It would help if I have the list of judges and climbers prior to set up, but I could input this info the evening before. Are you planing on having a workday and check-in the day/night before the comp.? There is one other thing I could use -- can you have a couple of runners for the score sheets? This could be any able body -- even kids.

I will see what SZ is up to and start planning on a road trip.

Just have the raw fish ready to be consumed. And by the sounds of it -- it better be a small ocean full.

Peace

The Legend returns.

Yes, I will be driving there, however long it takes. I will be bringing Carmen with me, and I think we might be driving my truck, so convoy is probably the operative word.

I plan on staying at a hotel, my woman requires constant luxury.

I think it will be a four or five day weekend.

Re: KY TCC 07

Luxury? What tree guys wife truly needs luxury? If there's an open spot anywhere it's good to sleep on. I mean save a tree wipe your bum with a squirrel. And I'm not sure if I've met legend but can't wait to.

Then a convoy it shall be, or I may fly. Time is money.

Re: KY TCC 07

The Executive Inn, 978 Phillips Lane, 502-367-6161, 800-222-8284 has a block of rooms for $80. Also, I have some floor space available, And possibly
there is/may be ample "camping" space in/on limbwalker tree sevice property.
They are located maybe 10 minutes from the competition site. I'll let Chris or Cory expand on that... The Executive inn is where the judges and climbers meeting is scheduled for (sorta kinda). It too is fairly close with some local direction advice.

I'm trying to get a handle on shirts so please pm me with your size.
More later...you can contact me with any question and I'll do my best to
answer it for you.

last but not least THANKS y'all!

Let me expand a bit...

"Camping" is a very diplomatic way to descride any mass sleeping at our shop. It will be October so it could be chilly for outdoor sleeping, but thats available. We could spread some wood chips out to make all you tree people feel at home.

Or there is ample indoor space which translates to concrete floors, a sofa or two, and two really friendly Pit Bulls. Seriously, they're sweet...

But they can sense fear and conservative idealogies so keep that in mind EZ.

Re: KY TCC 07

OK - chilly by one persons terms might WELL be different then another persons. anyone that winter camps will enjoy the mid-fall weather in Kentucky.

For me - I am willing to share a hotel room with another woman climber or woman volunteer.

PM me if interested in this

i will be there on late Thursday

thanks

Re: KY TCC 07

Well I'm in Roger. Let me know when and where I need to be there and we'll go from there. It's only about a 4 hour drive for me so drop me a line and oh by the way us fat kids need an XL for shirt size. I think EZ will agree with me.

Whatever, Liberal Media.

You only despise us Neocons because we stole two elections and instigated a regional meltdown in an already unstable Middle East.

We did cut taxes for the mega rich, though.

I suppose I shouldn't be expecting a thank you from you?

Most certainly I will not!

This is just another case of the "Liberal Media" portraying us fat people as lazy! I will do anything to prove that we fatties are not lazy and good for nothing, provided it involves no heavy lifting or physical exertion to any major degree.

I digress.

Yes, order me an XL, not because I need it to fit my ample carriage, but because I like to emulate the kids these days, with their baggy pants and the hippin and the hoppin.

SZ

Re: KY TCC 07

EZ, I never insinuated that you were lazy. I mean you're the champs with your team the chainsaws. Plus if you want to emulated the kids these days you have to get a small shirt to make you look buff. At least that's what is going on with the guys here at Purdue.
