Fu*%face Von Clownstick

The last words that Renee Nicole Good said to the ice agent a few seconds before he put 2-3 rounds into her face-
"It's fine dude. I'm not mad at you."

The first word the ice officer utter seconds after killing her- "fucking bitch"

Not sure if any of you are fans of Heather Cox Richardson or know of her. Anyway she did a chilling write up tying in some poignant historical context.
Probably will get another broken nights of sleep.

That is certainly the subtext..
'Then you have to ask yourself who is pulling Trumps string and who interests are they serving, because none of this makes sense if its all about America first. Massive civil unrest and the possible upending of America as we know it, and the economic destruction that would surely follow. America being globally isolated as much of the world turns it back on us, and the economic destruction that would surely follow. The very real potential for global conflict as Trump continues to threaten and invade sovereign nations (Trump just threatened to invade Mexico). Ditto on the economic disater that would surleyt follow. It all sounds like a big beautiful wet dream with a happy ending for someone like Putin....

Please refer to post #8567. To simply blame this all on Trump's ego would be a grave and fatal mistake. There are way more sinister and evil players involved in all of this than just the fuckwit who is currently occupying our oval office..

One doesn’t have a career such as trumps without being heavily influenced.. hell that is the literal job description.
Yet no one is responsible for his actions other than himself

Is it possible Trump is the puppet master rather than the puppet? He seems to catch even his inner circle off guard sometimes
It's possible, but I think it's safe to guess he is the fall guy. The players that have the most to gain from all the global chaos are the real big money players. We are only familiar with a handful of the richest and most powerful players globally, and it's been a long while now that the strategy has been to throw money at both teams; bet on both sides so that they win no matter what. The media, mainstream or otherwise, never talk about what the 2000 other billionaires are doing. I think that all the politicians are set up to draw attention away from the bigger power players with the serious money. "Money" is pulling the strings moreso than any one player, but I think that they are ok with just letting the psycho out of the cage, as the investment class make more money from chaos than from stability. Market volatility means a greater difference between highs and lows, thereby increasing the potential for greater profits in this quarter and the next, and fuck everything else.

The puppet masters don't steer in precise micro movements, but rather they make the weather that the ships visible captain must navigate. Drumpf did not create the situation that allowed him to rise to power, and just getting rid of him won't solve most of the problems we face, although I bet it would be a positive step forward.

Ultimately, there are much bigger forces at play here, and this current regime in the Whitehouse is just one branch of the tree that needs to be cut down before it smashes our house.

No one in their right mind would believe that all this domestic and global chaos was going to somehow create a staple, prosperous, healthy and happy America. No one including Trump who just happens to be a vile and cruel cult leader with millions of vile and cruel cult members. The perfect vehicle for creating American carnage...

Oh totally, that was never the goal, regardless of what anyone has stated publicly. Chaos just creates opportunities for the rich to take more from the poor, which is really all they have left in this world. The rich have reached a level of wealth where more money doesn't get their rocks off anymore. Their happiness and sense of satisfaction now seems to come mostly from further pushing down and subjagating people. There is nothing they can't buy anymore, so to feel like they are making gains at all, the only thing left to do is make the poor even poorer, so that their god-king status is ever more obvious; to make themselves that much more superior. It's the same desire for power disparity that leads so many of them to rape children.

I've never read so much garbage in my life. You guys are truly out of your minds.

But hey, don't mind me. Carry on.

He was hand picked by the populace and is still polling around 40% approval (take polls for what you will). And it's not like these people didn't know what they were getting. He's literally been there before and said what he was going to do next time around. The thing that is truly terrifying is that this what a large segment of the population WANTS.

Say the Dems win the midterms, impeach Trump and remove him from office. Then you get Vance and you're still not actually rid of Trump. He still has his followers and influencers.
Trump's approval ratings are hovering in the high 30's which means that by a fairly wide margin a majority of Americans disapprove of what he is doing. That is a good thing because it is an indictor that things might just be shifting down here. America's struggles have to be won at the ballot box. Plain and simple.

editing to say the entire western world because MAGA-esque rhetoric is happening everywhere
You have the cart in front of the horse bro. That kind of rhetoric was around long before Trump ever showed up on the scene, so Donny really ain't saying anything new.

"The U.S. economy added 584,000 jobs in 2025, the slowest annual growth outside of a recession since 2003, reflecting the low-hire, low-fire labor market conditions that have prevailed during the first year of President Donald Trump’s second term.'

70,000 manufacturing jobs were lost during the first year of Trump's second term.

So much for MAGA.

Sure there is trump, but this is also a global issue. One doesn’t have to look too far back in history with political shifts with economics and pandemics. Often resulting in huge nationalist shifts.
Add in globalism and the big powers you simply get where we are at today.

I am not usually one to post in political threads, as I am in the minority here and don’t wish for contention. However, I received a phone call this evening that has prompted a post in this thread.

The family of a former employee of mine (he had to leave trees for a while for health reasons, but he was expecting to get back to it this Spring) called me to ask if I could recommend a lawyer.

My former employee, whom I’ll call Marco, was picked up by ICE back in November. Now mind you, he has a green card he just got last year, after nearly 20 years working in this country and tens of thousands spent on lawyers and paperwork. Therefore, he is legal. He owns a house here, which is paid for. He has a wife and kids here. Owns a paid-for pickup truck here, and has worked and paid taxes here for more than two decades. Seems like the kind of person we should desire to have in this country.

Since he’s been in custody, his family called a lawyer and paid more than $10,000 to help Marco get out. Turns out the lawyer was a scammer, so now they’re pretty well broke as well as missing a husband and father. That makes me just as mad as the fact that ICE picked him up to begin with.

All this makes me want to do something, but there’s not an awful lot I can do besides help his family find a good lawyer and pray that Marco gets out and can get back to work and his family quickly.

I’m against illegal immigration, yes, but I also believe as a Christian that we are responsible to help those who need it, and believe as an American that we need people like Marco in this country. This is a nation of immigrants, let’s not chase all the good ones away!
