Also, if fact-checkers are a good thing, why did Trump not wanna be fact checked live, so that we can avoid the problem you mentioned where the retractions don't get the attention of the original lie?

The first story is such a classic example of the bullshit that racists say following the phrase, " I'm not a racist, but...". The second story ends by saying that the trump camp continued to add lies to the story that were still foumd to be false. And, the laptop story was corrected in the MSM when the facts came to light.

It would sound a lot more balanced in the live fact checking if the puppet on the left was saying as many lies as the puppet on the right, but they just don't. It's unfair to say that the fact checking was unfair.

why don't you check the rest of trumps lies out on snopes, since you agree that that is a credible source?
 
When did I agree to Snopes being a credible source? I used them because it tends to be one people on the left mention.

As I said I not really here to debate and we are obviously not changing each other's opinions. You asked for a example of a lie, and I gave one. Just not seeing how you can call someone racist, Hitler, etc when there are jews, muslims, african americans, and every other nationality at his rally and events ready to vote for him. Though that is exactly when the dems and mainstream media push.

Just to clarify something here, when you say "different walks of life", what do you mean? Tulsi and RFK are also politicians. Elon was born into dynastic wealth built in an apartheid, so I don't get how that makes him someone who can relate to the struggles of working class folks like you and me. You've also spoken disparigingly of podcasters who take quotes out of context, like the "very fine people" thing, but when the team you prefer does that very same thing, isolating the statement so far as to ignore the broader context in which he hasn't actually distanced himself from the violent/extreme racists, it's somehow different?

Again, I don't expect you to not vote for him, but don't play like he's the victim here.
 
It's 1130 pm east coast... he's crushing her in the big battleground states... She was way ahead in early voting in PA, over 71%... now with 76% recoreded he'sa t 51.3%. She's at 47.8...

He just keeps gaining...
He's also got big leads in Wisconsin, Michigan, and Georgia... and leading but much closer in Arizona..

Now it's time for bed.. it looks like he's a sure bet to win.... only hoping this election doesn't turn out like 2020 when we all went to bed thinking he had won, only to wake up and find Biden was president, or the time we went to bed thinking Kerry was president, only to wake up and find out that Bush had won...

She was a terrible candidate.. a total embarresment. Don't you rememeber after Biden picked her to be his VP, that we all thought that was his plan to make himself un-impeachable, becasue no one would ever consider putting her in the oval office... ANd the dems should be ashamed that the DNC subverted the democratic process by keeping Biden out there until it was too late to have a primary. They HAD TO KNOW that he is unfit for office. They have become the party of sleeze... I AM so glad that this atrocious candidate from a reprehesible party is not going to be president. I find her repulsive and wouldn't want to listen to that cackle for another 4 years....

Those don't seem like criticisms, of what she's had a direct hand in. Though, maybe she was more involved in governing, during Joe time, than we give her credit for. Things she will likely continue, as it is status quo in aligning with the elite.

Well it’s pretty much over. Can’t believe the dems picked a candidate terrible enough to lose to that guy again. They’re going to blame everyone but themselves… but liberals are pretty unenthusiastic about watching a genocide unfold with our tax dollars. Not to mention fumbling Roe. Maybe the DNC will stop trying to cater to neoconservatives next time.

Or maybe not. Maybe we can just know they are neocons and actually find a good batch of candidates to do things for the people next time with a different party.

I’m just trying to keep the government out of my life and my community. Nothing changes that here.

given a choice between that and Kamala starting WW3, I'll take the egomaniac behind door number 2. Jan 6 wasn't a threat to democracy... A bunch of right wing gun nuts that forgot to bring their guns to overthrow the government????? A governement (Pelosi) that called off the national guard and used bike racks as baracades , then opened the doors and invited all these people in for a tour. That's not a threat... that's nothing compared to active censorship, a heinous violation of the fist ammendment, that the the Biden administration spent millions of dollars on, the poliitcal prosecutions Biden's DOJ pursued, and perhaps most importantly the active supression of the people's will in picking a prsidential candidate... I don't want to pick the lesser of two evils... I don't vote for evil... and trump is evil.. anyone that thinks he is the saviour must have slept through the 4 years he let Julian Assange rot in prison. He lost me at family separation... NO WAY.. I swore I wouold never vote for him and I have found when I break those promises to myself, I end up regretting it... all the lies etc... That said, the war mongers that control the dems would be happy to start WW3.. so I feel relieved that Trump won. But you're foolish if you think he's going to be the saviour.... NOw let's just see if he lives to Jan 20. adn we'll see if he puts Bobby Kennedy in a position to make meaningful change. My prediction is that he just used Kennedy to get elected and will cut him loose like he did last time.
