Oak decline in central Michigan
Not sure exactly what you mean by this sentence. I don't doubt the existence of oak wilt, but I've only been on one site that I believed it could have been caused by it (in Kentwood SE of downtown GR). That's a long time. Ours only takes a couple weeks at most for a smaller outbuilding, but larger buildings or those that need any special land permits can obviously take a bit more time. Those are some neat work/living quarters. Can't imagine working between all the islands, although it sounds as though its the norm for you and youve adapted well to it. That's exactly how mine started, it's taking time, but I'm glad I listened and started when I did. I cleared the spot in 2017...- chipper1

I don't do much "work" as I drive semi again, but I built a 32x48x12 with two 12x48 lean-tos that are both enclosed. 12x24 for my wife to park in that's also a wash/detailing bay with a drain, it will have water in it soon(hookup is only 60' away for now).
