Doesn't that bugger the Bollards?
behind the upright - could bugger or interfere with the tilt back function of your machine
maybe make a mount near the hitch of your trailer - or chipper. Where ever you think you will use it the most
:ROFLMAO: :ROFLMAO: maybe buy additional ones for each...
I have been so blessed to have met and repeat Alex Shigos stories over my career
He put it this way
deadwooding is like giving the tree a bath,
deadwood is like candy for decay and rot organisms
trees Know how to deal with this through CODIT
So deadwooding does not hurt a tree as long as you do...
seen a couple guys stick it in the top tube between the pushers
Butt ..... then its in the way of the pushers
""store the bmg hitch on the machine or attachment? ""
thought over and over about that and I cannot think of a cheap cost way to do it
Anybody bright minds come up with a solution...
?? when it rains it pours
heres' a trophy:numberone:
let me know if you need any additional help or parts
good luck with your winch fab -- post pics
That goes for any and all of my BMG customers
Thank you all for your support and business -
BM grapples going on for 20 years now
That capstan is a DP winch - way expensive - like dealer cost $2600
I always imagined a Bucket truck graveyard where there are 100's of them just wasting away on old booms
I always liked capstans - Capturing old bullrope midline, seemed faster than paying out wire rope
easy enough to put the ramsey on the removable brackets I made for the BMG
