Avant 420 with custom reinforced grapple Haylage bucket! You couldn’t pay me to take a BMG grapple (as in trade, if I only had one option, for those that need it explained)…This thing is the bomb
Hey I’m just generally wondering is there anyone on here that owns one, or has first-hand experience with one, I would like some honest thoughts and reviews or any information good or bad, I like their compact short stowed length, as well as their light weight, which make it an excellent...
Ok, so I have a gmc3500 and it’s around 7000lb, I have it registered and legal to max out total gross weight including trailer for 24,250lb…so lift is 8300lb loader is 2500lb and let’s say trailer is 5000lb… therefore 8300+2500+4000+7000=21,800 total
So technically, weight wise I guess it’s...
Could you fit an 87 and an Avant 423 (sideways)…the loaders only about 2000lb not heavy, the lift is about 8000lb I think? So they weight should be good, but I was just wondering if you could put a machine on the trailer too, because then only 2 trucks needed, chipper truck with chipper and tow...
Just an update, new company has full WSIB coverage for employees and owner and years of perfect record was carried forward…i repeat I never was planing on not having some sort of coverage…I just wanted the best option available for me and staff….
But again, I do want people to be aware (I think...
I have the same question, but what I really want to know is could I get my avant 420 loader on the trailer with a lift? Our trees arn’t that big so I might only need the 70 foot lift EZ LIFT makes
Honestly my first thought was, nope, completely new company…however, that’s a very good point you made! I think I’ll call tomorrow and try to make a case for exactly what you said! Thanks for that tip!
(Also, I don't think you can opt out of Provincially run WCB/ WSIB programs in Canada by having some other insurance) - never heard of it anyway.
Just to be crystal clear with everyone! I’m not trying to avoid getting insurance for my employees, I’m just wondering if there is better...
Hey Man, thanks if there the ones I’m looking for I would totally buy them, not sure the process. I can get a pair here in Ontario for about $100 at a retailer
Is anyone aware of a system of workplace accident insurance provisions for employees and employers that is comparable to WSIB? Or even superior to it?
Fun fact: for those of you that are not aware, it’s a bit of a surprise to hear, but did you know that if you do tree trimming and removal in...
I’m just wondering if anyone out there knows where I can find some replacement pole gaffs for my first generation aluminum red gecko tree climbing spurs, I want to give Pole gaffs a try, I find that the spikes on the tree gaffs are too long on small diameter tops etc. I feel like it’s like...
It looks like just bad engineering having the tensioning screw on the outside cover instead of on the saw body itself, just wondered if there was a hack for it or something
I 100% agree with you…as far as I’m concerned, I want to make my operation one of the best places to work in Ontario, clean shop, uniforms, safety, fun, benefits etc! O did I mention safety? (I’ll do everything in my power to make it a safe and a sweet job, where people love coming to work, have...
