Hey guys, quick question…the chain keeps getting loose, I heard there might be chain tensioner issues? What’s the fix?

I only had that problem for the first month or so of use, it seemed to go away once it got broke in. Not sure if that's a common scenario or not.

Mine haven't been great... but they have worked just fine and the nearest dealer is a half day trip away for me, so I haven't addressed it. There was a service bulletin on it:

If you're still looking for a saw(s) maybe try Walkers Saw Shop in Nanaimo - those folks know saws . . . . and they ship all over. Got all my top handles there, gas and electric.

It looks like just bad engineering having the tensioning screw on the outside cover instead of on the saw body itself, just wondered if there was a hack for it or something
