    Amarid/technora natural crotch rigging line?

When I used to do all natural crotch rigging with my dad I would prefer the true blue. I also liked the 3 strand we ran on occasion. Now these days I use pulleys and rings. I prefer double braid now and had the red/white Teufelberger rigging line and loved the cover. I wish more double braids...

Contract Climbers: Show us your T...

If I went the contract climber route back in 2012 I would have done a van. I still look at them today and think, how could we use one of those. I'm a Nissan guy so I occasionally look at the NV3500. I like their passenger version and the commercial one with the high top.

    Tree gear on TV

Yea I don't think I have watched the show since the first or second season. I'm sure they have advanced their tree climbing techniques and equipment.

    Tree gear on TV

The only thing I've seen is the tree house people. Haven't watched it in years but if they don't have a GRCS by now I don't know what they are thinking. Their climbing was also a combo or rock, rope access and tree gear. I feel like I could teach them a thing or two. I know they wear a lot of...

Stump Grinding Business creation within a Tree Service

I would recommend keeping them separate. Now I am no accountant or lawyer. But keeping them separate allows you flexibility with what the future may bring. I may have the option to buy one in a year or two. I will be keeping it separate. Who knows maybe I will want to run it for a few years and...

Which CRM software do you use?

I have used Jobber for years now. It has worked . They have been constantly improving it and with a few more things added I could see us staying with them. However as we continue to grow I see us needing something more. Jobber will support up to a million dollar company at least based on my...

Sena 20s Evo Chainsaw noise issue

I am sure you checked but do you have the mic spun or turned to your mouth? If yes then I have found that sound seems to bounce off ones body if you are leaning over the saw while cutting. When this happens I have that person make sure that the mic is positioned properly and if it is I just turn...

    Better Business Bureau worth it?

We haven't done it. They will call me from time to time but I don't see the value in it.

    TreeBuzz on TapaTalk

This is the first time in awhile I jumped onto a desktop. I noticed right away there are a lot of threads that are not being shown on the app. On TapaTalk it felt like there was not much going on. It became kind of dull. Well lets just say I will only be logging on through a desktop. I’m going...

    How to choose a Accountant?

We went to the one my family used for years. When he retired we switched to the firm that bought his. Well it came a time that we were ready to meet to do the taxes/review everything. He asked me if he did our taxes last year and I told him yes I have a copy. He said I don’t have anything on...

    Responsibid

We run jobber and have for years. We looked at that bid thing and it doesn't seem to fit what we have at all. Tree care has to many variables. This bid thing was for things like enter size of your window and this is the price to wash it. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
