No. It’s a franken cobbled old chipper knife acting as a base under the post because I want to fill the base with concrete so I added some mechanical retention. The sleeve is so I don’t cement in the vise.

Thanks! All scrap drops and an old chipper knife as the base. Heavy and solid so they don’t tip over.
