Although some of us think we are responsible enough to own guns, and maybe rightly so, perhaps we think the population at large is not?
I keep reading NRA line item fighting points. Like an animal in distress.
"I am sharing actual statistics & factual information from Unbiased Sources"
So why that shit about every genocide in history preceded by civilian disarmament?
That's more a display of evidence of your brain disorder than "factual" evidence of a truth. Come on man, get to thinking for yourself for even just a moment once and awoke. So easy to manipulate a brain/thought process when critical thinking abilities simply aren't there. Home school advocate? Keep any kids tied to the bedposts? Hungry? The same haircuts? Voted for trump, that's pretty evident.
And there it is. Only took until page 8 to get it out of you. I commend you for your honesty, finally.I'm jumping on board for pressing a total ban on Americans buying any more firearms, period.
The 200million already out are more than sufficient from here on out.
"Not everyone in history but many..."
Come on. Look what you did, what you sought after to repost, and more importantly, what it said. Most importantly, it influenced your fears of and ignorance to reality. Like trump did to us for the election, afterwards (crowd size), and still (pence dissing an opportunity to discuss issues with other mega-tonnage atomic nitwits). Nuclear war. Biblically, referencing fire and fury, do you want an Armageddon? You want life on earth to cease?
Your actions certainly appear to.
During the last couple days I've done some soul searching.
At this point, not just a bumpstock ban or even form work to apply for purchase sounds reasonable as people's minds dictate behavioral trends..I'm jumping on board for pressing a total ban on Americans buying any more firearms, period.
The 200million already out are more than sufficient from here on out.
Gun shows, private sales, even inheritance. Other countries with better health care, safer work conditions, assistance-based foreign policies and happiness quotient show that we're not just not number one..but zero on the scoreboard. Olympics included.
These idiots reposting the racial fear videos, the govt'mnt coming to take your guns away articles, the white Jesus who hates us because gays can marry...? We stepped lightly not to offend you or anger you and look what we have: trump.
Now step aside, drink some Kool Aid, and stay away from both the voting booth and the internet.
Are your businesses' run like your
worldview of people, politic, and ecumenical "rights?" Are your children exposed or forced to adopt your views on women, rights, racial distrust, or even how you process information?
Not just sad, but borderline criminal.
Why? Because of the key word homicide... cars are for transportation, right? We need to get around. No one said, "well I was walking to work and I had an accident with my gun, killed a dozen people." People get into cars knowing the risk. People shoot up heroin knowing the risk. No one is running around stabbing peeps with needles causing them to OD. Just more Roger Ailes talking points to me. Completely separate issues...
This is what I'm hearing from the pro gun/2nd amendment folks-
"The deaths from mass shootings are acceptable fallout from our need to own and posses guns for self protection from tyrannical governments." AKA acceptable loss of life. Am I missing something?
I wonder how many PHD's own assault rifles?
To me that seems like a strange oxymoron, in the theme of how words, terms etc, the meaning of them is changed to manipulate minds. I grew up with firearms as a huge part of my life. Gun Control was the first thing I was taught about firearms. I mean, who doesn't want to control their guns?
I personally am comfortable contemplating this possible reality, but I refuse to accept this as a permanent universal truth about humanity. There is another side of the coin we can embrace and nurture. I believe we can evolve past killing over resources... maybe.
Sure, in the way that the words have been redefined. Just think about the words for what they are "gun control" sounds like a good idea to me, objectively. But this has been spun into a world where gun lovers flip their lids when they hear these words... you want to talk about fascism and what not, I am far more concerned about people stealing the meaning of words from me than I am my guns. Sounds like double think to me.
Ph.D's don't impress me. Many of them live very insulated lives in the halls of academia. As one of my heroes once famously said, "I'd rather be governed by the first 400 people in the Boston phonebook than the faculty at Harvard".
Hmm, I wonder how many PHDs it took to get us on this digital interface? Would like prefer the 400 people out of the Boston phone book perform brain surgery on you or a loved one? Yeah, not impressed.
