This is how he talked about my husband after he purchased a bucket truck from him and had numerous issues with it, including having to drive over 500 miles with no windshield wipers that worked!

And just for those of you that need more proof, here are additional post from other customers that he has made death threats to them because they were dissatisfied with his service and business ethics. And this man wants to sue us?

out of the hundreds of trucks we do a year we will obviously have a issue or 3, we deal with them accordingly. this is USED equipment we deal in. if you have super high expectations buy new!.

at the end of the day i personally stand behind what we sell. we have hundreds of thousands of happy hard working customers. and a few failures. at the end of the day we are great at what we do!.
99% of these guys talking have never done business with us!. they feed off hearsay.
real customers like ones who have come to this post to say they have had no issues at all are the customers we deal with. the rest of you guys only have what you've heard or been told. come do business with us then speak

Well Joe, we are not making any purchases from you because of all your bad referrals. You have a long way to go before you can make up for them. 10:1 is a good ratio to make up for the bad referrals. I think I've already mentioned that previously in this thread. It can be done .... good luck.

Until then .... you are nothing but a used car salesman.

The threats he sends families are real. I’ve seen dozens of screenshots & I am in disbelief that he did the same to me after simply giving his business a poor review. He literally claimed he would bury my family and have my children taken away-mine you, he literally knows nothing about us. This man is the definition of scumbag that takes advantage of hard working people. Honestly, the horrible threats alone should be enough for people to stay away. A genuine businessman would make an attempt to right his wrongs and communicate with dissatisfied customers on how he can make things right with them. Rather, he sends death threats and says he will ruin your husband’s business. I can’t fathom the unprofessional behavior he portrays. This man is a thief & he knows it.

I still don’t know how this man’s conscience allows him to sleep at night after the things he has said to others, including myself. Fucking disgusting human being & remarkably ignorant businessman. PLEASE research his business and read all of these similar stories prior to doing business with him. You may regret it if you do not. I will happily share my family’s story if you’d like more information.

Dude this is crazy! I can't believe this guy is still in business! I know its late for this but if only everyone would do their research before purchasing from this joe guy this would save people alot of money and headaches. That's why it's important you guys that have purchased from this guy and have been wronged leave the bad reveiw to avoid others these problems!
 
I find it so strange that Joe has not responded to any of these post or messages? He should be scared or worried about his business. His reputation is certainly on the line. But if you notice in previous post whether they were positive or negative, he always responded. Most of them are automated and he talked about what a quality businessman he was and he sold Quality Equipment blah blah blah, but he always responded. He's quiet because he knows this is bad.

Because he’s knows we know he sells junk. He can’t BS us!
 
I'm looking to buy a used bucket truck soon,I already knew to stay away fro. TRI STATE, AND SCHMITTYS. Lol. Just heard too many bad things. The other bad one I heard about was i80, but I recently saw they're out of business
