I saw the standard shipping, it's still $50 something dollars but if it comes UPS you get whacked with brokerage fees and HST later also. I'll see what Luke says about going back to fed ex the way it always used to come. Did yours come fedex? I did the standard shipping up to step 3 but won't say if it comes ups or fedex, I'll see what Luke says tomorrow. Funny thing is your another 10-12 hrs east of me and that's cheaper shipping then I normally pay!

Devon, you will not get charged again by UPS. We pay all the tax brokerage and duty upfront.

I'm going to wait for the triple action auto locking version.
That has so many applications! I have often reached over to clip something in and found I was on the wrong side...with this there is no wrong side! Yeah, auto locking would be nice. But wow, I am so excited to add this to my kit.

I think I'm going to pass on this one. At that price, I can hire somebody to climb along aside of me all year and flip my regular carabiners over when I don't like their positioning.

It's getting great reviews. I just submitted the following question through Treestuff's "Ask an expert"...

"I've been taught to "screw down so you don't screw up". The concept of this biner is fantastic, but the photo clearly shows that it screws up. Will you be selling a 'screw down' version in the future, or better yet, a triple action auto locker?

Thanks for your innovation. :-)"

It was full when he got out of the truck and by the looks of it he hasn't even got into the backyard! Jeff did you send your groundie back for another?
