Very cool there's someone who will do whatever it takes to make it right as we all know screw ups happen.

Less cool when something is listed as in stock and doesn't ship, vendor is contacted and they let you know it's backordered in a way that implies you should have known that (despite a confirmation email stating all items ordered as in stock) and when you point out the website still has the item listed as in stock no one changes it. Past experiences have been great, this last one not so much.

thats a shame DPF, I have just finished resolving a problem with Treestuff and they came to the party packing drinks and chips.:bananahappy:
Overall I will say it again when it comes to good service and resolution from a overseas business they are stihl my number one goto store every time.(y)
(now if Luke could arrange a currency adjustment, the aussie dollar bites against the green back right now sheesh.):hola:

Tree stuff sells 600' of vortex for $549.00 US. Canadian supplier wants aprox. $ US 800.00. How does that make sense?

I got nothing for you treegon, you're right above us. It never made any sense to me that stuff costs more even when are currency is equal.

Ordered a wrench and the oceans tether was back ordered. They sent the abr double eye and I wrote it off as good enough. And not only did they include and extra hanky but sent the accessory cord they forgot in my last order. Then a week later a little box shows up on my doorstep... My oceans tether a caritool and another hanky plus 16" of some random rope (?) Are inside! They have made a few mistakes on my orders but went far above and beyond to rectify it. No zip line needed..

Damn. I wish they'd screw up some of my orders. I'd come out ahead!

Customer service is everything. Everybody makes mistakes, especially if they're doing high volume. With TreeStuff's customer service, they'll be doing high volume forever. I don't think I've ever seen a more loyal bunch of customers as the people on here.
