Luke and Justin got a sidetracked order (item out of stock when order was originally placed) sorted out for me on Monday, and Justin even placed a follow-up phone call here to make sure everything was ok, along with a bonus gift certificate. TreeStuff is a business that goes the extra mile to look after a customer!
Getting put on hold indefinitely, and being subjected to endless canned variations of "your call is important to us, please stay on the line for the next available representative" just doesn't cut it.

So true. I broke my call queue for an IT support desk and told my customers so. I told them it's broken and that when you call you'll just have a person answer. Pretty risky at the time, but it worked great and everyone was happy.
 
Got my other box today from TS. First time i ever got a box that disappointed me. Nothing wrong with the order and plenty of free stickers and such. But I must say a box of Branch Saver is no where near as much fun as a box with a Hydra pulley in it
 
Well had my huge box of goodies waiting at my parents house in Florida and 2 small boxes ....

The new sticker sheets amazing ! Plus the extra goodies the crew at tree stuff threw in was awesome ! I bought 2 of my guys new zig zags and a spliced line of tachyon with rock exotica swivels for their bridges. Dave I would of bought you one as well but you already have all that!

I need to take a few moments and Thank the TreeStuff crew, hopefully I don't forget anyone, Luke D I would like to send you a very large Thanks for following through with my order from early Feb, for an All Orange RignWrench, (BTW, they don't make an All Orange one) yet, so I was sent a Red ZK-2, I called on several occasions afterwards and spoke with Eric, Josh, Justin, and last but not least Courtney, with Luke in the background of several of the calls. Also, the warehouse minions on Rollerblades filling all of the orders! It took 4 tries to get exactly what I wanted, but it wasn't meant to be! Due to manufacturing issues, DMM rigging pulleys. Everyone I mentioned did Everything in their power to get me what I asked for, and by the end of April-May, that may be possible. I'm truly blessed to have a company go above and beyond what anyone would consider generous, some of the extras that I had been sent, I gave to fellow Arborists as a "Share the Wealth " token. I can't mention everyone's names, so as not to make other friends that I've made feel slighted or left out. But from this date forward, TreeStuff.com will be my only supplier of Climbing/Rigging Gear! Thank You All, for the exemplary service and gratuity you have shown! TreeStuff Rocks!

Gotta give it up to Luke and nick! Ordered Carlton chipper knives, in stock on website, out of stock when the manufacurer was contacted, they called and let us know , credited account and two weeks later the knives show up with a note saying sorry for the mix up and they are free. Very good, unexpected customer service! Not ordering from anyone else!

Ha ha my wife doesn't even question my equipment buying anymore ! Lol she just says now what'd you buy this time ! Although I'm stuck at a standstill right now over my crane purchase! She wants an addition on the house before I can buy one! So guess what has to wait! Until then I'll keep my flow of tree stuff coming in!
