HH2 for twin rope

I found frogging to work too, definitely more tiring than ropewalking. Even choked the lines would shift back and forth as they loaded and unloaded. The handled ascender seems like it's worth a try.

What tree height are you working into?

Yeah, that's room for any rope to elongate when rope walking two lines. Footlock or Frog it unless someone can hold down tight on both tails, or use Paul's (@SoftBankHawks ) Rope Rocket setup. Makes me consider buying some of the gear he uses in his kit.

Rope rocket? I'm intrigued...

Honestly I don't see enough advantage to dual foot ascenders to buy a lh one. Using a regular ropewalk system with both lines through both foot and knee ascenders has been the best system I have found yet.

Your rope walk system sounds like what Paul accomplishes, though I'll let him best describe his kit.

Is it gone?!
I'll check it out.

Huh. It seems to be. That's a little upsetting. He was so excited in it that he was really having to focus on the script to be able to talk about it.

@BANYANMAN; I have run into this issue before, and it can be really troubling. Anyone who posts a video on the internet has control over what happens with it, generally speaking. Up to and including changing his or her mind about continuing to allow people to see it. I don't know why JohnnyPro decided to pull his video down, but it saddens me that he chose to do so. With his Twin Rope Technique video, and at least one other one which showed him using the technique without explanation, JohnnyPro added something new to the knowledge base of climbers everywhere. Since it was his idea, he was absolutely the best person to try to describe it.

No help with your current problem, but in the future you can use the website I've left a link to below in order to try to save a copy of any videos you value highly right to your hard drive, thereby protecting yourself against the loss of the information in the future.
