Fu*%face Von Clownstick

I am actually shocked that it hasn't happened yet. The American people have showed amazing restraint thus far. We shall see how long it lasts?
That exactly how I feel. The populace in this country for all the bluster is VERY passive. So many people relatively comfortable but also on the edge of homelessness. One misstep and you are basically ruined. But it is just going to take one nut who just doesn’t give a crap about anything or feels like they have nothing to lose to really shift the conversation. A new Luigi, but one that no jury will convict. On that note it will be interesting to see if Luigi gets convicted.

Could you imagine if this were Obama's (or Hillary's) ICE? The howls of outrage from the right? The impeachment proceedings? The stockpiling of guns and ammo? The militias? Same goes for anything Trump says or does if the the roles were reversed.

But instead, not a peep.

Ice has shot and killed another person in Minneapolis.

Shot him in the back while he was on his knees, bent over.

The man, a registered nurse, was an American citizen with no criminal record, the city police chief said. Videos contradict the federal government’s description of the shooting, a New York Times analysis found.

Footage of the encounter shows the man was holding a phone in his hand, not a gun, when federal agents took him to the ground and shot him.

Under Minnesota law, citizens can legally carry a handgun in public, without concealment, if they have a firearm permit. The shooting victim was believed to have had a permit, said Brian O’Hara, the chief of the Minneapolis Police Department.

Several agents tussle with the man before bringing him to his knees. The man appears to resist as the agents grab his legs, push down on his back and strike him repeatedly. This video does not show what led to the episode.

The footage shows an agent approaching and grabbing at the man as the others hold him down. The agent appears to pull a gun from among the group.

Simultaneously, another agent unholsters his firearm. The agent aims at the man’s back and appears to fire one shot at close range. He then appears to continue firing at the man, who collapses.

A third agent unholsters his weapon. Both agents appear to fire additional shots at the man as he lies motionless on the ground.

In total, at least 10 shots appear to have been fired within five seconds.

The Department of Homeland Security said the episode began after a man approached Border Patrol agents with a handgun and they tried to disarm him. The Times could not confirm that based on the available videos so far.
Maybe another one of those "mistakes" that J D Vance said would be made.

And you knew this was going to happen.

F.B.I. Agent Who Tried to Investigate ICE Officer in Shooting Resigns

An F.B.I. agent who sought to investigate the federal immigration officer who fatally shot a 37-year-old woman in Minneapolis this month has resigned from the bureau, according to two people familiar with the matter.

The agent, Tracee Mergen, left her job as a supervisor in the F.B.I.’s Minneapolis field office after bureau leadership in Washington pressured her to discontinue a civil rights inquiry into the immigration officer, Jonathan Ross, according to one of the people. Such inquiries are a common investigative step in similar shootings.

Senior Justice Department officials have repeatedly said there are no plans to follow the path normally taken in such situations and pursue an investigation into whether Mr. Ross, who fired multiple shots at Ms. Good, had used excessive force.

Federal investigators have also refused to cooperate with state and local prosecutors in Minnesota, complicating any efforts they might take to open their own investigations into Mr. Ross.

Instead of allowing Ms. Mergen to work with the U.S. attorney’s office in Minneapolis to investigate Mr. Ross, the Justice Department has decided to investigate Ms. Good and her partner, Becca Good, scrutinizing their possible ties to left-wing protest groups in Minneapolis. That decision prompted at least six senior prosecutors in the office to resign in protest.

Second video has surfaced.

Fucking disturbing to say the least.

Could this be true?

There is a $50,000 bonus paid for going to work for ice

According to this blurb that 50 is paid back over the course five years. But.

But
But

If they don’t make the five-year plan, they have to pay back all of their signing bonus

Gotta read the small print

So the bonus is just a five year, interest free loan? That's not a meaningless gesture, but it's a far cry from actually getting $50k.

Well friends, let this sink in for a moment.
Calls are out to classify certain groups of people as mentally unfit, and to bring back mental asylums.
This just passed in Indiana, execution by gas chambers hypoxia, and firing squads.

This is along side of the ‘speedway slammer’ and other expanded ice detention centers.

If you want to listen to a really heavy podcast about crime, punishment, and the death penalty I highly recommend listening to The Alabama Murders on Revisionist History They talk about the various methods and how truly horrific they are. It is a long series but a great listen if you have drive time.

As Trump destroys our standing in the world the world is moving away from the US-

Spoke to an old friend yesterday.. He was diagnosed with a tumor in one of his kidneys this fall and was scheduled to have it removed in late November. As the docs were doing the due diligence to make sure he was up for the operation they discovered that he had an infection in his mouth so they extracted a tooth and put him on some serious antibiotics and postponed the kidney removal for a few months. During this time Trump allowed the ACA subsidies to expire which tripled his insurance premiums. As he could no longer afford medical insurance he is left to fend for himself scrambling to get on Medicare or Medicaid while his tumor continues to grow. No success thus far. Welcome to Trump version of the Red, White, and Blue...
