WHAT HE IS DOING is accessing the Treasury Department’s central payment system which is a violation of federal law. The payment system handles tax refunds, Social Security benefits, veterans’ benefits and much more, sending out trillions of dollars every year while containing an expansive network of Americans’ personal and financial data.

And it might not be the best idea to have a man who has for decades been feeding at the trough of federal funds in charge of slashing federal spending..Kinda akin to having the wolves guard the henhouse, and we all know how that turns out.
