You are pointing a finger now, and it's wrongly pointing at me.
I think it goes for all politicians, not just Donald Trump. But it needs to start somewhere, and maybe Donald is the sacrificial sheep we need at the moment.

Never said you were. Sure I quoted you due to your insinuating that things would be honest and responsible without trump.

I haven't seen you calling Biden and others out, just Trump. Trump isn't even currently in office...shouldnt we be going after the ones that are?

I am all for the court of law to proceed on Trump etc, if he is guilty throw him in jail. The viceral hate of him is borderline ridiculous to psychotic. Especially since he got 74 million vote in 2020. Yes he lost, but that is still almost 50/50 of the votes that year. You can't completely alienate half the population.

Some folks only come to TREEbuzz to talk about trump and jesus, strange habit. I have an easier time hearing it from people who are regulars in other discussions but those who just come for trump and jesus seem like trolls indeed.

1. Donny’s phone call to the Georgia Secretary of State? Serious as a fucking heart attack.

2. Stealing classified documents that don’t belong to him, and then lying and trying to hide them when he was asked to give them back. Mishandling our nations secrets is an understatement and God only knows who has seen these documents. Is a national security shit storm of the highest order serious enough for you?

3. His attack on, and his utter disrespect for our democracy which culminated in his call to arms, which resulted in the attack on our Capitol Building on Jan 6th. Is sedition serious enough for you?

Donny is done and its just a matter of time before he ends up right we’re he belongs. In jail.

Nope. I believe I said let the court of law do their thing...preferably without political or media influence and directions. I'm also saying to law should be fair on both sides. Biden had docs too, and they are still trying to find all of them...and they werent in a locked room. As a example.

And so we are clear here, the DOJ has an ongoing investigation into Biden’s handling of classified documents and the FBI did an extensive search of his home and prior office space. Fair enough for you bro?

Pence was also found to be in procession of classified document after a search.

Unlike Don the Conn both of these men and their staffs are fully cooperating. Donny on the other hand continually lied to authorities, tried to hide boxes of classified documents from said authorities, and did what he usually does.. OBSTRUCT.

1. Trump’s call to GA Sec. of State.

Here’s what a lawyer would say: Trump asked Raffensberger to “find” him some votes. What does “find” mean? I’d argue that find means to locate something that already exists. Like if I ask my wife to “find” my reading glasses, I don’t expect her to conjure or manufacture them. I would expect her to locate my already existing reading glasses. Same with the votes.

2. Classified docs

Seriously? Biden has many more than Trump. In multiple locations, including his damn garage. And he has observable dementia. He wouldn’t know a classified doc from a telephone bill at this point, much less where they are and why they matter. Maybe not the hill to die on? Utterly irrelevant if Biden is cooperating. Helping authorities gather evidence of your crimes doesn’t excuse you for committing them.

1. Donny wasn't asking his wife to find him a beer. Nope. Trump, using the powers of the presidency called Georgia Secretary of State Brad Raffensperger demanding that he find him 11,780 votes. Trump actually threatened Raffensperger with "a criminal offense" during the conversation.

If that wasn't enough we now know Trump also called the Georgia House Speaker to push for a special session to overturn Joe Biden’s 2020 victory in the state.

We also have Trump surrogates continuing to pressure Georgia officials to overturn the election results.

A more blatant case of election interference you will not find-

2. So your argument is that because someone else may have committed the same crime as Trump, Trump shouldn't be held accountable for the crime he committed. That's some twisted logic bro..

Just reading the statute doesn't answer the question tho.

It's simple.... Trump needs to "commit another crime". Bragg's is claiming that the crime was a campaign contribution violating federal campaign finance law in the form of a hush contract(s). Like I said earlier through out our history hush contracts are not seen as campaign contributions and cant be proven in court. Bragg's is trying to claim a hush contract is a form of a campaign contribution, the problem is intent, did he intend to save his marriage or the campaign. Now for a real life summary- Since the Op started this thread Von Clownstick has become the first president in American history to be impeached twice and to be criminally indicted (with more indictments on the horizon).
