Fu*%face Von Clownstick

An NDA is now a felony and election interference , lol what a freakn' joke. This really shows how low and corrupt the Dems are, people see this shit and it will have dire consequences for the future of the party regardless if Trump gets a fair shake or not.

Didn't the corrupt and disgraced FBI commit election interference when they attempted to hide the Bidens family secrets by labeling the crackhead son's laptop a russian disinfo campaign all the while they had the laptop and knew what was on it and while also censoring Americans with the help of the technofascist left.

What happened to the pee-tapes, you guys were so close on that one!?
This might be difficult for your orange kool-aid addled brain to comprehend, but in the state of New York falsifying business records is a felony when there is an “intent to defraud” that includes an attempt to “commit another crime or to aid or conceal” a crime. Every time Donny wrote a payoff check and falsified the records he broke the law, and it would appear that he was cutting an awful lot of checks to coverup the fact that he had been a very bad boy.

What do you anticipate?
More legal action, such as Biden being indicted by a local DA in some other state. Who know? All gloves are off now and we are playing brass knuckle politics. Politics is how we solve our differences - debate, arguing, etc. When politics breaks down and we stop talking / arguing, then it's not good and can spiral out of control easily. I hope/pray that never happens, but there are a lot of very mad people out there (on both sides).

Personally I think that'd be a good thing. No one should be above the law, especially our leaders. We've got it backwards, they're pretty much all guilty of war crimes and crimes against humanity imo.

Can't argue with that (y), but it's going to make this little piece of land we all call home a little difficult to manage if we're taking out our leaders every week...we (or our forbearers) agreed on every 4 years for presidents, every 2 years for reps, and 6 years for senators. I'm heartened that even though this case looks like political trash, that our legal system will endure despite it. Our systems require credibility to survive, and while they have been tested pretty harshly by cases like this in the last few years, it seems to me we will overcome it.

If the state of New York shows compelling evidence that Trump did commit crimes and a jury of his peers finds him guilty would it still be "political trash"?

Yep. Pretty much. It's based on a hooker (2 actually) who's lying to get a payout and a disbarred lawyer who's an idiot. If our legal system let's that thru, then our legal system is screwed. It will never go to trial. I'm willing to bet $ on that after reading the indictment. DA may even lose his law license, but it is NY, so that's probably not going to happen.

Say when you earlier agreed that no one should be above the law you were just talking out your ass, and what you meant to say was no one but Trump. Got it.

The case should get processed as any other in our system. It shouldn't have been brought in the first place (in my opinion), but now that it has, it should play out. That's fair. I don't think the case is going anywhere. That's also my opinion. Feel free to disagree.

The fact that you believe the case against Trump is about "hookers" clearly shows that you don't have a fucking clue what this case is actually about. As such it might be a good idea for you to get out of whatever bubble you are living in and become a little more informed.

Ummm...so a high profile citizen decides to run for high office. Some "ladies" he met years prior and had some photographs (and allegedly some hanky panky) with decided to see if they could make a little extra cash off his run for office and shopped their 'stories' around to the highest bidder. He was extorted by them and because they were asking (for him) trivial amounts - he paid them to make them go away. So, the case is about how a guy that was extorted recorded his payments in Quickbooks? The DA doesn't like the way he did it. Did I miss anything?

Don't listen to me though. I think Karen McDougal is a smoke show and Stormy has a horseface. So, I may be biased. I'm here for the trees. Ok - how to unfollow this "Fu*%face Von Clownstick" thread??? I've got work to do...

Wow, did you get your law degree from Trump University?

This might be difficult for your BlueAnon bombarded brain to comprehend. An NDA is not a felony if it's not federal election finance law violation. The case is trash.

Do try and keep up little man. Trump has been charged with 34 counts of falsifying business records, which is a classic white collar crime. I can't for the life of me understand why Don the Conn didn't go gets some cash and just reimburse Cohen off the books. Donny is a billionaire after all?

Up next are Georgia and Jack Smith's classified documents and Jan 6th investigations where Donny is in much more serious legal peril. We do have Donny on tape demanding that the Georgia secretary of state go “find" him 11780 votes, so I eagerly await the gobbledegook you and your ilk are gonna come up with on that one. Sadly this is what the rest of Donny's life looks like, and it couldn't happen to a nicer guy. If he is really lucky the stress, and the Big Macs, will cause him to stroke out, have a heart attack, or throw a fucking rod long before he ever sees a jail cell.

Now back to your regularly scheduled liberal/demonkkkrat bashing and conspiracy theories. Have a nice day!

Well, it's happened again: I'm bailing out of this childish conversation for about the third time in as many years. That means that the haters have won, 3 to 0. Congratulations, your petrified brains remain intact!

But I am confident that I've done my best to break through the wall of ignorance (maintained by ANYONE who still supports trump) in an attempt to find middle ground based on facts, logic, and compassion for others. But when it gets down to a couple of belligerent guys trying to raise my blood pressure for their own pleasure, I'm gone.

I'll check in again sometime in the future; maybe by then these folks will have tried to blend in some fragments of collaboration and humanity into their arguments. Meanwhile, I happily have better things to do--and I suggest that the haters put their energies into helping out at the local food bank.

Auf Wiedersehen
