Compact Bulldog Bone

im with tom, i use the line Swingdude's referring to, and the times i experienced this was working waaay out on white oaks, with their long spindly limbs using multiple redirects.

Purpose built lanyard adjuster with Nano swivel, made for 7/16" KM III (even tho pictured with velocity)

Ok, but I am waiting on a chain rivet tool for the press fit pins (pictured above). The arms are stainless steel, while the friction links are high carbon steel.

I would say it is reasonably smooth both tending and releasing. The friction points are just over 5/16" and are not rotatable, but very smooth.
If very heavily weighted, it will release with the bottom arm pulled down and the top arm acting as a sort of brake.

Made for 11mm? Have you tried 10mm?

I should qualify that the velocity creeps when my full weight is suspended on a doubled line with pulley above at TIP, it may be OK for a lanyard.

I have not tried any 10mm. It works for me with Aegis sp? 11mm?, but velocity is my nemesis, as it creeps with velocity.
Hi Gordon,

I've been playing with that prototype you generously sent me and it works really well on 7/16" Petzl Vector. I tried it with 10mm PMI rope and it slipped pretty badly.

Not sure if it is same geometry of your current build.

Nice smooth release on this one.
