The bounce I was experiencing was from the multiple small TIP's, not the line itself. Differing opinions on that, apparently!

Made for 11mm? Have you tried 10mm?I would say it is reasonably smooth both tending and releasing. The friction points are just over 5/16" and are not rotatable, but very smooth.
If very heavily weighted, it will release with the bottom arm pulled down and the top arm acting as a sort of brake.

Hi Gordon,I have not tried any 10mm. It works for me with Aegis sp? 11mm?, but velocity is my nemesis, as it creeps with velocity.
