    TreeMOTION

Hey Donny have you shipped the saddle yet? I see where the check cleared on the 27th. I haven't received a shipping confirmation or a message saying that you shipped it. You said you would ship it on the 25th which was Tuesday. I've also messaged you a couple of times and haven't received a...

Anxiety About This Experience with a Customer

We bid a job years ago in a fancy gated neighborhood known for being hard to deal with and picky. We made it clear that it was a big tree and we needed big equipment to remove it unless they wanted to pay us to split it into firewood and carry it out that way. Told them there wouldn't be any...

Edit: Buffs are actually ok masks

I was attempting to make a humorous remark. It was missed. My fault.

Do they teach you in college that college professors and college students have bigger brains? And those who don't go to college don't use their brains? I couldn't afford to go. Nor did I want to. I guess that's why I'm so dumb.

    How much is too much?

    Don't think I'd admit that.

    Damn Chiggers

Used to stay covered in them logging years ago. Not as bad doing tree service. But still get in several rounds of them every year. Had a batch last week cleaning up a tree that had blown in the lake. Grass hadn't been mown in a while. Had 2 miserable nights.

Aerial rescues with basal anchors? Anybody actually know of one done?

Most of the folks I've ever worked with weren't proficient with climbing systems and most of them had never even climbed. I have never felt comfortable putting my life in their hands. By the time you train someone they move on and it's a never ending cycle. It may bite me in the butt someday...

    How much is too much?

Yeah that was a bit close. His bucket was straight up. I would have climbed about 15 ft higher and cut a few limbs and taken a smaller top then finished up with the bucket. He was definitely taking a chance. But we've all done it in some way or another.

Thanks for the update. Just shows that the "experts" are still unsure about what works and what doesn't. Maybe they will come to an agreement someday.

    How much is too much?

I have pushed the envelope a few times years ago. Got lucky and always got away with it. I quit doing things that way. If you bid your jobs right you won't have to cut corners to do the job safely and correctly.

    Husqvarna power pole saw

I haven't used the Husky gas pole saw. Just the Stihl. My next pole saw will be the Husky electric though.

    Husqvarna power pole saw

I've been thinking about one. I have a couple electric top handles so I already have the batteries and charger.
