I have been climbing on the imori for srt for awhile and I am about sick of it lol too much stretch for me Derrick.
I really like poison ivy. I don't know if it makes a difference but the hi vee is better than the ivy...good solid rope IMO.

Do you guys/girls think that hanging in the saddle all day is good for your back or bad?
Sometimes i wonder about it i feel like its not but i know other people have different opinions.

I used to wear asolos a lot but my feet always were sore afterwards.
I have been wearing kaylands the last 2 years they are awesome, light, and easily broken in.

I had a herniated disc L 5 about 4 years ago and got healed 95% I just had it herniate (i think) again 2 months ago.

Wow I wish you well with the surgery! I hope it heals quick.
If i could ask how did you get these injuries? Was it over use, repetitive motion injury or just wear and tear of an arborists life?

I love the ergo but it does have its drawbacks. For general climbing and moving about the tree I would go with the treemotion.
For hanging in your saddle for a long period of time, cabling, hanging Christmas lights the ergo is great.
The drawback of the ergo is its heavy,bulky but really...

Never seen a chain used for attaching but i know a lot of them are rated for some serious wieght.
Sherbrook is so awesome. How old is the main climber i wonder...he makes me have hope i can be old and happy and still climbing ya know.
