Pictures of your chipper truck, lets see them!

I know this the chip truck thread but you asking bout the mini. This job the crane was working on the side yard and my crew dismantled a few oaks on the other side of the yard and mini'd the material over to where it could reach.

Yeah I guess it has its place. Maybe we will bring skid to
the job more. It just sits in the yard. Most of the time I can get close enough with the chipper to utilize the winch. I think up here there is more tolerance overall for lawn damage so winching a log across the yard isn't as big of a deal. Depends on customer though and how the job is sold. Thanks!

Any interest in them turf treads for that asv?

Chip body no chips. Twenty sheets of plywood and six alturnamats. And log dolly and orchard ladder. Storage, one thing a forestry is good for.

I realize this is a old posting, but I'm excited about my "new" truck. A 2005 NQR with my old 9' Arbortech box. By the end of the month it ill have a platform for the mini steer and plywood box.

For now it looks very ghetto. I just lettered up the doors, which makes it slightly better. Once it all put together I'll paint up the dump and letter that up.

Platform all done, and mini loaded up. The box, to right of mini, is currently holding the ramps and 5 sheets of plywood.

Climbhigh,

I think its cool! I have seen a couple of people doing the mini skid mount in the center.

How does it tow?

Hopefully we can revive this thread i like looking at it

I am plenty happy with it. Fully loaded with chips, mini and chipper, it can be a dog on on steep hill. But it gets me up it. It is automatic, so you dont think about it as much. Its not like your there shifting gears trying to get up. All in all it works better than I thought, so far.

Great turn radius, awesome to have mini everywhere, not taking two trucks or multiple trips to get equipment.

Downsides: I miss the 4x4, already got stuck once. Deck is only 8' wide, so I have to take off the forks to make mini fit. (hopefully it will fit on with the future grapple)
