Brand/company Q's...Is Notch owned by Sherrill? What brands are worth/not-worth buying from?

Hey, @DumpyMcDoodleface! Welcome to the TreeBuzz forum! I think you are going to like it here! That was an outstanding first post, thanks for sharing your insights. I just wanted to tell you that you get my vote for the forum member with the funniest screen name. I laughed out loud when I...

    Nutrition

I'm not sure, but that sounds like it might be an allergic reaction. Someone I know mentioned a book they'd read, called "The Pulse Test for Allergies" or something similar. The basic idea behind the book is that you fast for a little while to clear all the foods out of your system, then...

    I went and did it....

@oldoakman; Thanks for sharing that factoid, I was not aware that was the case. It is another strong incentive to wait it out as long as possible, which is what the Feds are hoping for, I assume. P.S. Congratulations on achieving this milestone!

Brand/company Q's...Is Notch owned by Sherrill? What brands are worth/not-worth buying from?

@Joeybagodonuts; I do not agree. I think sometimes people have their ideas taken without compensation, and nearly identical products are brought to market without an ounce of credit given to the original inventor. If something is just re-branded, the implication is that it is still made by...

    Grapplesaw Helicopter

I once saw a "How'd They Do That?" TV show that showed the combination of high voltage line worker with a helicopter as a work platform. They were able to work at twenty times the rate of a ground-based crew. That level of production enabled them to charge $50,000.00 per day, if I recall...

Brand/company Q's...Is Notch owned by Sherrill? What brands are worth/not-worth buying from?

I do feel like Notch essentially stole Reg's idea in this regard. I think the fact that Reg's cart is modular, and that the wheels are at or near the center of balance of the cart, are the things that distinguish it from the carts that came before it. I don't think Sherrill ever had a cart...

Brand/company Q's...Is Notch owned by Sherrill? What brands are worth/not-worth buying from?

Yeah, I thought it was too bad that Sherrill decided to take David Driver's branding away from him in the process, but he did agree to it, I guess. I liked the idea of supporting David Driver's innovation and branding. I'd guess most people don't even know who he is anymore. Here's a link to...

Also, made in America, in West Virginia, I believe it is. They might just be the biggest employer in the town they are in, I don't know. I think they are happy to give tours of their facility to folks who care to visit, which might be fun to see. Tim
