    Yep, seen regal border privet used as a hedge. Can get rust mites and sometimes ash/lilac borer. Other than that, they aren't super problematic here though there is an invasive one in the woods

    His seems pretty legit as far as being anti inflammatory but nightshade veggies are often listed as both pro and anti inflammatory so who knows. I know I enjoy these veggies myself and will continue to do so. His diet seems a bit too blah for me
