    Besides the LMNT, I use Baha Gold salt in my meals almost daily. I think the combo works well for me as I have no issues with the heat and have almost eliminated any muscle cramps that I used to experience, especially at night.

    The job is done. Was a bit of work to get done in one day, but my team did what was necessary and we met our goals. Most of the stuff on the big tree needed to be drifted to get it away from the house.
