i have heard not to splice the blue, i haven't really gotten a clear answer why not. i have a beeline red e2e with these splices. haven't had or seen any issues with it, it was spliced about 2 years ago- TylerHoffman

couldn't that girth hitch on the ring get caught in a tight union? with the sling, only an eye has to pass through a union once it comes undone. plus with a sling, u r able to share the load through ur psp and ur redirect.- TylerHoffman

They are OG blue runners. One is Derrick martins that he let me borrow for that climb. He owns one of each runner that is out there including this prototype that I use too.- TylerHoffman
