    Subbing equipment

    I have my own small company and have a full setup. Myself as a climber, all rigging gear needed, a arbor trolley, a GMC 3500 chip truck and Carlton 2012 chipper. When I sub I am currently at $450 for a 7-8 hour day. I'm in western North Carolina.

    That's what I said! And it's the fifth edition. The big thick brown one haha! It was a crazy day at Mr. K's man. Picked up over $500 worth of tree books forrrrrrr 60 bucks dude. Seriously worth checking out from time to time if you have one or anything like it in your town. (y)

    Most Dangerous Trees to Climb

    Yup. See a lot of seemingly fine Scarlet Oak around here hit the ground. They seem to lose their roots a lot and just fall over one day. Recently seen a couple Chestnut Oaks that looked great just fall too. Seems strange to me. Scary as hell for sure. :/
