    Perkins alternator model #?

Hey all - thanks for all the advice. Popped by the yard to grab the engine serial # but NAPA couldnt do anything with it. Found a rebuild shop within 20 minutes of me but then realized that would make our only machine down for a couple of days. So back to talking to the dealer first thing...

    grapple truck

I have roughly 25k capacity. I do need to put the truck on a scale though. But i cant till im done with CDL school in 1.5 weeks! Btw, spending a month in CDL class feels like I'm losing my soul. Its 8 hrs/day of mind numbing boringness. End rant.

    grapple truck

So after searching EVERYDAY, up to 15 times PER DAY, for the last couple years to the point where I was having dreams about it on a nightly basis, I'm finally the proud owner of a grapple truck. 1995, F800 with tag axle, 8.3 cummins, 22 foot dump, 10 speed, Hood 7000 loader, etc. She's not a...

    Looking for a chip truck

This looks like a decent truck in seattle, I figure seattle isnt too far away for you....ITE always has quality equipment. Don't quote me but I believe 2007 was the last year of the 6.0, maybe 2006. I have a 2005 6.0 excursion and its been very good to me. Make sure all the mods have been...

    WTB Under CDL hooklift truck

Hey Jeff - I've seen a lot of 33k single axles on truck trader, etc. Most of them are east coast too!! A 2007 international just popped up on Atlanta craigslist I think. I can't seem to find anything near to me in my price range....

    WTB Under CDL hooklift truck

Thanks for the reply Southsound. The hooklift IS a dump as well as being able to safely transport equipment in the bed plus I'll be able to drop off cans at different job sites if need be. I'll be driving the new (well old, 1985 ford l9000 with hood 7000 loader)

    WTB Under CDL hooklift truck

Royce .....all very good points. It's not so much my frustration with the system, it's just that, as an old timer once told me who liked cliche, cheesy phrases "you gotta crawl before you can walk." As much as I'd like things to happen overnight, I gotta be patient and makes the right steps to...

    WTB Under CDL hooklift truck

I'm personally signed up for CDL class starting on Jan. 17 and so far I see MANY hangups for the crew (I have a 4 man crew including myself) getting a CDL. They MUST take a month long course, 5 days a week. The course costs $4750.00. Staying on top of all the regs and fees is a nightmare...

    WTB Under CDL hooklift truck

Yeah I need at least one 15 footer to transport the mini. With the boom curled all the way in its a couple inches over 14 ft. We've been transporting with a 16 foot dump trailer bumper pull and I just don't feel very safe pulling it with a one ton Dodge. We definitely need a newer secondary...

    WTB Under CDL hooklift truck

Thanks for the offer. Has to be under CDL though. That's a MUST. Good luck getting your truck sold though.

And let's be honest....if you're doing removals, no under CDL truck ever has enough capacity. Im sure we go home overweight pretty much everyday
