If I was getting a smattering of upselling, I’d prefer to get it when I booked the bid and electronically. In general I have no desire for physical paperwork.
“We’ve got your bid booked; we’ll be sending over an introductory packet with our contract information and a bit about us.”
Set it up...
Most people have an iPhone. You can send a literal picture of the card, front and back. A cropped screen shot would look far better than a picture of a card.
You could make a contact card, picture of a card, and a link to your site, or a specific part of your site (like the bid request form)...
The heating/cooling methods won't work very well unless you get the bearing apart. If you can get the shaft/inside race out of the bearing, leaving only the outside race in the frame, welding the inside of the race will cause it to shrink and practically fall out.
A scenario like this with a basement, retaining wall, pool, bluff, etc is something I'd watch out for, especially dropping the trunk parallel to the wall.
It's the same logic as being wary with heavy equipment or outriggers around the same structures. The general guideline is to stay at...
If I had that deal, I’d buy it assuming it’s in good shape.
We hardly do any rope rigging these days, but it would be handy to have on the shelf if it was needed.
Mesh also doesn't beep in/out, people join/leave without the beep... It's kinda nice, kinda annoying to not know if they don't warn you before "beeping out."
We have a hand signal to switch channels, if discretion is wanted.
The Sena Expand Mesh is what we run... you can push and hold the Mesh "M" button for ~1 second to mute/unmute the mic.
Double pressing the M lets you pick what channel you're on with volume up/down, then press M again to select that channel.
Air Tags will tell you if a non paired tag is moving with you. I found one in a bulldozer I bought last year.
It’s also handy to know where things are if you’re working with a crew/multiple drivers, being able to forecast when they’ll arrive/be back/etc.
Nothing is guaranteed for sure.

We use a hooklift as our primary work truck, to the point that I want to sell the grapple truck and build a tri axle hooklift to go with it.
We will be making dedicated flatbeds (~14.5' long) to store/haul the various ground protection mats on that will be haulable by either hooklift without...
