    Does it come off under load? I have definitely had it slip off, but I always wrote it off to movements when it was not loaded.

    There is, but I don't think that they are legally required to do that here. I could be wrong, but I think that you forfeit any claim to your words when you post them in a public forum. It's no different than posting on twitter, and news outlets routinely quote those and other social media posts.
