This tree (not the largest on the job), as well as about 30 others on this job, where completely nuked in the CZU Fire. This was a FIMA site so we were simply removing trees marked by the state, making it safe for the land owners to return and commence to rebuilding their homes and lives...It is hard to comprehend just how hot certain areas of this fire got, but these trees were literally petrified in a matter of moments. Putting a saw in some of them was like cutting a coke bottle, and climbing them was nothing but fun.forgive my ignorance but why is it going? nothing in the picture is even close to it in size. Aside from the question, DAAAANG. Do I see fire evidence?

I’m going to have to make a trip and climb with some of you guys. You’re having too much fun!I decided to stay clear of the treacherous sand-fill and work on this tree surrounded by grass.
